Buyer Search
on markets of your interest

We coordinate a list of 5 target importers.
We arrange meetings with buyers from the agreed list during international events.
We report on interactions with target buyers and help organize your direct communication.
We also receive inquiries from other interested importers, which we share with our members.

International Events

We support your company’s participation in trade fairs, trade missions and forums.

We organise individual and shared stands featuring several companies, which significantly reduces participation costs.
We provide comprehensive organisational support: from accreditation to stand design and construction.
The option of a joint interactive presentation is available.
After the exhibition, we provide participating companies with a report containing the contact details of interested buyers and offer support in further communication with them.

What is a collective interactive presentation?

It is participation in the exhibition in the format of a collective stand using the Ukrainian Food Platform. During the event, interested buyers will be able to view your offer on the platform via an interactive screen and quickly arrange an online meeting with you right at the stand.

We are in constant contact with financial institutions such as USAID KEU, USAID AGRO, USAID ERA, USAID HOVERLA, EBRD, U-LEAD, UNDP (United Nations Development Programme), ITC, EU4Bussines.

We inform our members about grant opportunities in the field of export and food production.
We work with financial institutions to create targeted funding programs for exporters.
We develop targeted projects for association members to help them expand their export sales direction.

Consultations

We provide information on permits and requirements for products in target markets;
We consult on certification, labeling, marking, and trade marketing;
We select international events that will be most beneficial for your participation;
We provide recommendations on the development and obtaining of accompanying documentation for shipments;
We conduct individual market research for our members;
We support the export chain, help define the target market, and adapt the product accordingly;
We consult on the market entry process, lifting restrictions on declared products in the target country;
We assist in developing logistics tables, pricing calculations, and creating a unique commercial offer.

Cooperation with Retailers

The Association operates a permanent working group to regulate relations with retailers. We also support our manufacturers in resolving issues related to delayed payments for sold products.
