Launch of the DIGI4TAF Project: Business Digitalization Initiative Presented in Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv
On June 25 and 26, 2026, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv hosted the first regional roundtables dedicated to the presentation and official launch of the international project DIGI4TAF. The events aimed to introduce micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to practical tools for digital transformation
The program specifically focuses on supporting companies within four key economic sectors:
Furniture
Woodworking
Textiles
Agrifood (food processing) industries
Key Focus Areas and Digitalization Objectives
During the panel discussions, industry experts and roundtable participants identified priority tasks to enhance the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises, particularly in the context of their integration into the European market. The primary vectors for operational optimization include:
Production and Resource Management: Implementing resource planning tools (ERP) and automating operational workflows
Logistics and Inventory: Improving warehouse inventory control and ensuring full product traceability
Data-Driven Management: Transitioning to managerial decision-making based on real-time data analysis
Productivity Optimization: Boosting labor productivity through three interconnected pillars: people, equipment, and technology
Experts emphasized that for export-oriented enterprises (especially within the agrifood sector), digital transformation is no longer optional. It serves as a foundational requirement to meet international standards, ensure transparent accounting, reduce losses, and rapidly adapt to market shifts
Leading specialized professionals and expert organizations, including the "Quality Centre", are closely involved in deploying these practical digital transformation tools
