Molocna Sadyba LLC is a modern dairy-processing enterprise from the Sumy region that has been actively growing since 2021: opening branded stores, expanding its product range, entering online markets, and continuously improving quality standards.
In 2024, the company purchased new technological equipment — which created the need to update its formulations. The old technological charts were no longer compatible, affecting the stability of the final products.
This is why Molocna Sadyba turned to the U-Food Outsourcing Center, which at that time operated with the support of USAID AGRO.
In just three days, we brought in a highly qualified technologist who immediately began a full production audit.
And within two months, the specialist:
completely updated the formulations of yogurts, soft, and hard cheeses
provided technological support at every stage of production
ensured the launch of products under new formulas
restored the stability of flavor, texture, and overall quality of the finished goods
The result — higher-quality, thicker yogurts; stable and delicious soft cheeses; and an expanded assortment of hard cheeses that meet modern technological standards.
