Selection of IT companies launched for the development of new digital services for the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection

The State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection has announced the launch of the selection process for IT companies to build new digital services and automate public services. The project is implemented in cooperation with partners of the Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation (GATF) initiative, the Digitalization Office, and technical system administrators

The primary objective of the initiative is the digitalization and automation of business processes within the fields of food safety, veterinary medicine, and state control. Implementation of the project is aimed at streamlining procedures for business entities, reducing the administrative burden on business, and ensuring transparency in the provision of public services

Key tasks for developers:

  • Development of public e-services and software modules

  • Integration of new digital solutions with existing state registries and information systems

  • Conducting testing and commissioning systems into pilot and commercial operations

  • Provision of subsequent technical support and warranty maintenance for the developed software

The total period of work execution under the project is up to 12 months, followed by a technical support period

Application submission and candidate registration are conducted in accordance with established regulations. To participate in the Request for Information (RFI), interested suppliers must complete mandatory registration on the World Economic Forum (WEF) GED platform. The deadline for submitting materials is September 28
