The Caseinates and Dairy Proteins Cluster unites Ukrainian producers of caseinates, dairy proteins, and related dairy ingredients.
Its members focus on innovative and sustainable technologies in dairy processing, offering high-quality ingredients for the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries.
Objective:
To develop the production of premium protein ingredients that meet EU standards for food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic applications.
Goals:
Build a competitive ecosystem of dairy protein producers;
Establish partnerships with international companies;
Increase exports of processed protein products;
Expand export markets for Ukrainian dairy ingredients;
Implement innovative protein processing technologies.
Sustainability and International Cooperation:
The Cluster is built on the principles of CO₂ emission reduction, efficient use of raw materials, and the circular economy.
It aims to cooperate with European research centers specializing in biotechnology and sustainable production.
