The Plant-Based Alternatives Cluster unites Ukrainian producers and innovators developing and manufacturing plant-based products that serve as alternatives to meat, dairy, eggs, and other animal-based foods.
The Cluster focuses on advancing modern food production technologies aligned with global trends in healthy, ethical, and sustainable nutrition.
Its activities include creating new formulations, optimizing production processes, using locally sourced ingredients, and expanding Ukraine’s export potential to the EU, Middle Eastern, and Asian markets.
The Cluster supports the transition toward a sustainable food system, reducing the carbon footprint while delivering high-quality, nutritious, and ethical products to customers.
Objective:
To develop the Ukrainian market for plant-based food alternatives and promote sustainable innovation in the food industry.
Goals:
Produce innovative plant-based alternatives to meat, milk, and eggs;
