Meat Products Cluster

The Meat Products Cluster unites Ukrainian producers of pork and beef, including farms and processing enterprises that jointly contribute to the development of Ukraine’s meat industry.
Its participants implement modern livestock technologies, comply with HACCP and ISO safety standards, and ensure biosecurity and feed quality control at every stage of production.

The Cluster places special emphasis on producing Halal-certified beef for the Middle Eastern, North African, and Asian markets, as well as on expanding exports of premium-quality pork to South and Southeast Asia — including Vietnam, the Philippines, and Singapore.
The sector’s activities include innovative breeding practices, veterinary supervision, certification, and full product traceability.

In addition, cluster members carry out joint investment projects in advanced meat processing, logistics, cold-chain infrastructure, and branded packaging, strengthening the global positioning of Ukrainian meat products.

Objective:
To build a competitive pork and beef production sector focused on quality, safety, environmental responsibility, and international integration.

Goals:

  • Develop traceability, biosecurity, and export systems;

  • Modernize livestock complexes and introduce advanced technologies;

  • Expand exports to the EU, the Middle East, and Asia;

  • Improve product quality and regulatory compliance;

  • Establish joint ventures with foreign partners;

  • Promote energy efficiency and environmentally sustainable production.

Sustainability and International Cooperation:
The Cluster is founded on environmentally responsible production, combining efficient resource management, adherence to European animal-welfare standards, and compliance with international market requirements.
Its mission is to empower Ukrainian meat producers to become reliable partners in global supply chains.
