Unlike purely professional forums, this event operates in a B2C format, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors, which creates unique conditions for food producers planning to enter the German market. The main aim of participating in Grüne Woche is to raise brand awareness among the German audience and to conduct large-scale product testing in real-world conditions. For the producer, this is the most effective way to receive immediate feedback: to check whether the product’s taste, packaging and composition meet the preferences of European consumers. Direct sales and tastings at the stand allow business owners to gauge Germans’ actual willingness to buy Ukrainian products in local supermarkets and determine the optimal pricing strategy.
